eCommerce Customer Support & Admin Specialist

Scope is recruiting for an eCommerce Customer Service Administrator at our Salford hub. The role involves providing essential administrative support to the eCommerce team and online customers, managing stock and data entry, and resolving customer enquiries promptly.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, in a full-time, office-based role with a 35-hour week and a generous benefits package including 35 days holiday and a company pension.
