Job Description
KM Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) in Oxfordshire with 75% remote work and travel. Salary £28,000-£33,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time, permanent role supporting Apprenticeships in Early Years Childcare.
Role involves delivering Apprenticeship Standards, managing learner caseloads, remote and face-to-face observations, and guiding learners through End Point Assessments. Driving licence and flexibility to travel are required.
