The successful Early Years Assistant will work within welcoming nursery environments, helping to create a safe, positive and engaging setting where children can learn, play and develop.

The successful Early Years Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working with children within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable but not essential
• The ability to work flexibly across different Early Years rooms and age groups
• A caring and empathetic approach
• A flexible and adaptable attitude
