Early Years Teacher

Early Years Teacher Location: Kidderminster Contract: Full-time, long-term Start Date: September 2026 Paragon Education is recruiting a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Kidderminster.

You will play a key role in helping pupils build the foundations needed for future success both academically and socially.

What the role involves

• Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and communication development
• Assessing and tracking progress to ensure pupils achieve key developmental milestones
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers to support learning at home

What you'll need

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within an Early Years setting in a UK school
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
