Early Years Teacher - Full Time - West Parley

About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress and development
• Support children's communication, language, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND and EAL
• Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school initiatives
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all children

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for delivering creative, play-based learning experiences
• Commitment to supporting every child's development and wellbeing
• A caring, patient, and collaborative approach to teaching and learning
• Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
