Early Years Practitioner Manager

As Preschool Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the setting, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children ages 20 months to 4.5 years. You'll work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver outstanding outcomes and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, an empathetic leader for this setting with strong personal ownership and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, planning, and health & safety
• Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted and EYFS standards
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community
• Manage resources and administrative tasks efficiently

Contract Details

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 3:45pm, Term time only
• Salary: To be discussed
• Qualification: Level 3 Childcare WITH maths level 2 (required)
• Experience: Deputy Manager/Manager experience - 2 years (required)
• Contract type: Permanent
• Expected start date: Immediately
