Early years Practitioner Manager

Here at Caddington Pre-School, we provide a safe, supportive and caring environment in which children can develop to their full potential as individuals.

We currently have an opening for a Preschool Managerto lead our early years provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow our setting, with excellent scope for development as the provision expands.

As Preschool Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the setting, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children ages 20 months to 4.5 years. You'll work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to deliver outstanding outcomes and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, an empathetic leader for this setting with strong personal ownership, verbal and written communication skills.

• Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 3:45pm, Term time only
• Salary: To be discussed
• Qualification: Level 3 Childcare WITH maths level 2.
• Contract type: Permanent
• Expected start date: Immediately
• Caddington Luton, Bedfordshire (LU1 4JD)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, planning, and health & safety
• Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted and EYFS standards
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community
• Manage resources, and administrative tasks efficiently
