Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Start Date: Immediate start

Salary: £14.24-£14.80 per hour

TeacherActive is working with a number of private nurseries across Bridgend and the surrounding areas. These settings work hard to ensure good quality care and many learning opportunities for the children they care for, supporting children settling in by helping them feel safe and secure while being attentive to their needs.

We are looking to recruit Early Years Practitioners for day to day work, with the potential for long term work and, for the right nursery practitioner, a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to give children opportunities to learn and develop while supporting their growth.
• Primarily work in the baby room but be flexible to meet the needs of the entire nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• A positive and caring approach to supporting children learn and develop.
