Wales/ temporary / £13.69 - 14.80 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of private nurseries across Swansea and the surrounding areas. These settings work hard to ensure good quality care and many learning opportunities for the children they work with. The settings support children settling in by helping them feel safe and secure, whilst being attentive to their needs.

TeacherActive are looking to recruit Early Years Practitioners for day-to-day work, with the potential for long-term work, even leading to a permanent role for the right nursery practitioner. The successful Early Years Practitioner will have previous experience working within an early years setting, as well as a good knowledge of how young children learn and develop. You will work with a team to give children new opportunities to learn and develop whilst supporting their growth. The successful Early Years Practitioner will be working mainly with the baby room but is also expected to be flexible to the needs of the nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting
• A positive and caring approach to supporting children learn and develop
