Milk Education is working with fantastic nursery and primary settings across Durham, looking for passionate Early Years professionals to join their teams this September.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Supporting children's learning and development through the EYFS
- Creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Learning through play, creativity and exploration
- Supporting early phonics, literacy and numeracy
- Developing children's communication and language skills
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and confidence
- Encouraging independence and social development
- Completing observations and contributing to children's learning journeys
- Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners
- Qualified Nursery Nurses
- Early Years Teaching Assistants
- Experienced childcare professionals
- Candidates with nursery, school, childminding or relevant childcare experience
You'll need to be nurturing, reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about giving children the best possible start.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
