Early years educator

Seven Education are looking for a long term Nursery specialist/Early years Educator to work at an Established Primary School South East London Thursdays and Fridays .

The role:

We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a nurturing and enriching learning experience for our young learners, aged 0-5 years old. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where children feel secure and supported.

Foster positive relationships with children and families, engaging parents in their child's learning and development.

Conduct ongoing observations and assessments to track children's progress and inform planning.

Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and dynamic team environment.

Maintain accurate records and documentation, including children's records and learning journeys.

Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education).

Previous experience working in an early years setting, preferably in a similar role.

Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.

Pay is competitive and negotiable.

Hours are full time - Thursday and Friday.
