Early Years & Bookstart Lead - Literacy Programs

Inspire: Culture, Learning & Libraries is seeking an Early Years and Bookstart Officer to manage the Bookstart programme and deliver literacy initiatives for children aged 0-4 across the county. This role involves planning, collaboration with various partners, and direct management of an Early Years Team.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification relevant to early years children, with experience in early literacy and a commitment to improving literacy skills in the community. The position offers 23 hours per week with a contract term of 6 months, and home working support is available.
