About the Early Careers Teacher RoleAs an Early Careers Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Work collaboratively with department staff, mentors, and senior leaders
- Use your ECT training and development knowledge to create an inspiring classroom environment
- Contribute to assessment, progress tracking, and behaviour management
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to teaching and learning
This ECT position is ideal for newly qualified teachers looking to complete their induction in a supportive school with a strong focus on professional development.
Essential RequirementsWe are seeking an Early Careers Teacher who has:
- QTS status and eligibility to work as an ECT in the UK
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil progress
- The drive to develop professionally throughout the ECT induction period
