It's ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy and being the central point of coordination for early careers programmes. What you'll be doing Coordinating and supporting Sulzer's early careers programmes, including graduates and apprentices Acting as a key point of contact for early careers participants, providing guidance and support throughout their journey Managing programme activities such as inductions, rotations, development milestones and key events Maintaining accurate early careers records and tracking progression and outcomes Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth and consistent early careers experience Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager and the Leeds based L&D team to ensure programmes run effectively About you Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident managing your own workload, diary and priorities A clear, professional communicator who enjoys working with people Comfortable using HR or learning systems (experience with learning platforms is a plus) Location, travel & flexibility Leeds will be your primary working location, with hybrid working available (office and home) Some UK travel required, primarily to Birmingham, with occasional travel to Aberdeen and other UK locations Planned travel only, with occasional overnight stays - no last minute "drop everything" requests Full UK driving licence required# What we offer you Competitive base salary.
