Early Career Analyst Auto Claims Ireland

This role is part of AIG's Early Career program, aimed at launching or accelerating a career in auto claims analysis within the Claims Division. The analyst will support claim handling, customer service, investigation, reserving and stakeholder communication while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Contribute to a positive culture of teamwork, flexibility, learning and development.
- Manage workloads to provide good service in a busy environment.
- Drive performance by working closely with leaders and team members.
- Support strategy and values within the team.
- Find solutions to difficult and challenging situations.
- Review systems and processes to find better and more effective ways to do business, keeping the customer focus.
- Adhere to all service and reporting timelines agreed for the business.
- Handle claims, including appointing investigators and expert witnesses.
- Work closely with brokers and AIG policyholders on claim resolution and provide a high level of customer service, including client review meetings.
- Reserve accurately in line with AIG's claims reserving philosophy.
- Communicate with internal AIG stakeholders when required.
- Ensure timely, accurate and customer focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense.
- Minimum 2.1 degree classification.
- Bachelor's or master's degree (or pursuing) graduating in 2026.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a blend of technical IQ (consistent learning, statistical and financial acumen) and emotional EQ (adaptive communication, empathy, listening skills).
- Evidence of teamwork, global perspective and a record of successful collaboration.
- Enthusiastic about and committed to the insurance industry.
