Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide trusted, high-level support to the CEO and COO of a well-established retail brand. This is a critical role for a poised, proactive Assistant, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and operates with absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO & COO, managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple priorities
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling sensitive communications with internal leaders, board members, and external partners
  • Prepare executive-level materials including presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing documents
  • Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings and commitments
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, follow up on action items, and track deadlines
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and judgement
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed
  • Events coordination
  • Expenses management

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite level Executives
  • Background in retail, consumer brands, or fast-paced start-up environments is essential
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgement, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • Advanced tech skills- including AI platforms
  • Comfortable working independently and as a trusted extension of executive leadership
