E2E Team Lead Home Operations

The Global Home Operations team at Allianz Partners delivers Home services through global, verticalized operations. Focused on quality, productivity, and innovation, the team ensures alignment with Group targets and works closely with regional operations and global support functions.
As E2E Team Lead Home Operations, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimizing operational processes across the Home Line of Business (LoB). You'll lead a team that bridges Operations and global support functions (e.g., Reporting, Workforce Management, Quality & Training, Fraud, Compliance, Transformation), ensuring consistent deployment of global strategies and measurable results. You'll drive initiatives around digitalization, process improvement, and offshoring, contributing to enhanced service delivery and customer experience.
What you do
- Lead end-to-end process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across the Home Line of Business.
- Act as a key liaison between Operations and global support functions (e.g., Reporting, Quality, Compliance, Fraud, Transformation).
- Drive the implementation of global strategies, offshoring, and automation solutions (AI, RPA, chatbots).
- Monitor and improve operational performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction (VoC).
- Ensure process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across regions.
- Manage a team of project managers and foster a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
- Collaborate closely with business units and leadership to align local execution with global objectives.
What you bring
- University degree in Management, Economics, Business, or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or consultancy.
- Proven experience in service delivery in Home EHA and/or RIK.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving transformation projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex, technical topics.
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills, including impact quantification.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- High level of adaptability and political acumen; comfortable working across levels and cultures.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
