E-Commerce Partnerships Lead - Retail & Apparel

We are currently seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Commerce Lead to join a fast growing digital fulfilment team to drive revenue and accelerate growth across a rapidly scaling marketplace model.

This team partners with leading digital retailers to capture demand and deliver seamless commercial execution in an area experiencing strong momentum and strategic importance.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow relationships with key external E-commerce partners
• Build joint commercial plans and deliver against shared targets
• Identify and act on new commercial and growth opportunities
• Drive accountability across internal and external teams
• Improve processes and cross functional ways of working
• Manage stakeholders end to end across Planning, Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and more

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in account or vendor management
• Strong external, account facing experience-skilled at building, nurturing, and growing partnerships to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
• A strategic mindset with the ability to tailor approaches uniquely to each partner/account, rather than applying one size fits all methods
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels (and a desire to continuously elevate communication effectiveness)
• Ability to lead complex cross functional initiatives
• Strong commercial mindset and digital marketplace understanding
• Experience in marketplaces or Partner Program models is a significant plus
• Agile, proactive, and impact driven working style

Contract details:

• Start date: February
• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Duration: 6months + (plus potential extensions)
