E-commerce Manager

The Role
We're seeking a digitally-obsessed E-Commerce Manager to own and drive all customer touchpoints across e-commerce and CRM. You should be a self-starter who can operate highly autonomously to deliver continuous impact. You'll have autonomy to evolve our online presence while collaborating closely with world-class designers and developers as we seek to reinvent the optical industry and grow the business through meticulous attention to design, quality, and customer experience.
Your key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve including content strategy, merchandising, technology innovations, and UX enhancements
- Architect and execute our CRM strategy through compelling broadcast emails, personalized welcome journeys, and thoughtful transactional communications
- Craft digital storytelling that brings our spectacles, sunglasses, stores, and services to life online
- Partner with our product team to showcase our collections in ways that highlight their craftsmanship and design excellence
- Identify, test, and implement conversion optimizations (CRO) based on customer insights and behavioral data
- Champion a culture of data-informed iteration across all digital touchpoints
- E-commerce revenue growth

What we're looking for:
- 4-5 years experience growing an e-commerce business, preferably in premium retail
- Demonstrated success in building CRM strategies that drive repeat business
- Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive revenue growth
- Outstanding communication skills both with internal stakeholders and customers
- A passion for design excellence and craft, reflected in exceptional user experiences
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work autonomously
