About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern to support our growing digital business. You will assist in managing and optimizing our website, enhancing merchandising, supporting SEO initiatives, and playing a key role in email and SMS marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, digital-first beauty brand with global reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the e-commerce team in updating product categories, pricing, and promotional banners.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all product listings.
• Assist in monitoring daily merchandising activities including homepage updates, collection curation, and seasonal launches.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align on strategy and visual content.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Shopify reports to track site performance and sales metrics.
• Help identify key trends and areas of opportunity for optimization.
• Support implementation of on-page SEO strategies (keyword placement, meta updates, image alt tags).
• Help with audits to ensure content meets SEO best practices.
• Strong focus on Klaviyo: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of newsletters and SMS campaigns.
• Help segment audiences and build flows for optimized customer journeys.

Requirements and Skills

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English is a must. French, Italian, and Spanish are a plus. Multilingual candidates will support localized content and communication.
• Experience with or strong interest in email marketing - Klaviyo experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, or similar e-commerce tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and team player.
• Passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and the beauty industry.
