What you will do at BAS, you will be the first point of contact for all questions regarding e-banking. You will be responsible for 2nd Level Support via phone, email, and other digital channels for our clients. You will ensure proper functioning and coordinate Incident Management. You will maintain close exchanges with the management department and participate in the development of our digital services. In the context of updates, you will conduct structured testing on new features and ensure a high level of quality. You will participate in training and contribute to the onboarding of new and existing staff. What we expect: - Initial and continued education completed in the field of business management, finance, and banking, or project management. - Professional experience in the banking sector, preferably in Digital Banking and Customer Support. - Strong affinity for service and a keen sense of quality. - Enjoys direct contact with clients and sharing knowledge. - Very good written and oral command of German and French (minimum level B2). - Reliable and stress-resistant personality, with a structured working method. - High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial commitment. - Intrinsic interest in ecological and social issues as well as ethical banking. - Availability to travel between BAS locations. - Availability during the Service Center opening hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30). Our salaries are transparently communicated internally, and we ensure a maximum salary gap of 1:5 between the lowest and highest salaries. For this position, the gross salary is between CHF and CHF.
