Role: Dynatrace Software Engineer

Type of contract: Permanent/Contract

Working Model: Hybrid (1 day in client office per month in Madrid)

At Coforge, we are looking to hire a Software Engineer with expertise in Dynatrace and Splunk, and the following skills: We are seeking a technical individual to join our data and analytics team for one of our main clients in Spain.

This person will be part of an existing team responsible for data collection, analysis, visualization, and monitoring for one of the client's key business areas.

The position will require interacting with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and create ad-hoc dashboards, automate elements of existing reports, analyze information to improve data analysis and visualization, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for implemented dashboards.
• Updating, improving, renewing, and evolving existing dashboards, creating new ones, creating new alerts and indicators, etc.
• Delivering new improvements using the technical toolset.
• Interacting with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into new features in the applications.
• Data analysis. Incident impact analysis.
• Monitoring data quality.
• Ability to prioritize activities according to client priorities.

Required Technical Skills:

• Dynatrace (intermediate-advanced)
• Splunk (intermediate-advanced)
• SQL (ability to design queries for data collection and analysis)
• Experience in data management and data analysis.
• Data modeling for report and dashboard delivery.

Desirable Skills: Google Analytics Dynatrace User-level knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence and JIRA)
