Dynamics 365 Support Analyst

Overview

A global manufacturing organisation are looking for a Dynamics 365 analyst to provide ongoing support following a recent system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support primarily in the F&O modules of D365 as the system beds in.
• Prioritise queries based on urgency of business requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong D365 experience, particularly with F&O modules.
• Exposure to CE & HR modules.
• Good working knowledge of associated technologies including Azure.
• Track record of producing accurate and precise documentation.
