Description

We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Functional Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. This is a strategic role that blends deep functional expertise with architectural leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall Dynamics 365 CE solution design from a functional perspective.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders to define business and system requirements.
• Develop high-level architecture and solution blueprints for CE workloads.
• Collaborate with Technical Solution Architects on full-stack solution design.
• Define solution architecture including workflows, security models, and data structures.
• Ensure compliance with architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Work closely with Project Managers on RAID logs, RACI matrices, timelines, commercials, and resourcing.
• Lead decision-making and trade-off discussions on functionality, scope, and priorities.
• Contribute to program governance and design authorities.
• Support business case development and platform strategy alignment.
• Engage in roadmap discussions and promote alignment with Microsoft's strategic vision.
• Mentor Principal Consultants and act as quality gate for solution sign-off.
• Liaise with Program/Project Managers to support delivery planning and execution.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ALM/CI/CD practices.
• Coordinate design efforts across internal teams and external vendors.
• Contribute to the enterprise solution catalog and reusable frameworks.
• Ensure delivery aligns with user experience expectations and business value outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum 3 years as a Senior Functional Consultant or
• Minimum 2 years as a Principal Functional Consultant
• Experience across multiple end-to-end D365 CE implementations

• Deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to D365 capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Azure services, integrations, and cloud architecture.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
