Dynamics 365 CE Consultant (Sales & Marketing) - Freelance

12-month contract

Remote (EU) with occasional travel to Paris or Amsterdam

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with strong expertise across the Sales and Marketing modules. This is a long-term engagement supporting a major multi-country CRM programme.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site workshops in either Paris or Amsterdam during key phases of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration across D365 Sales and D365 Marketing

• Run workshops with business stakeholders in France and the Netherlands

• Translate requirements into functional designs, user stories, and configuration

• Support integrations, data migration, and UAT cycles

• Ensure solution alignment with global CRM standards and roadmap

• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and project leadership

Requirements

• Strong functional experience in Dynamics 365 CE

• Expertise specifically in Sales and Marketing modules

• Ability to run workshops, challenge requirements, and shape solution design

• Experience working on large-scale, multi-country CRM programmes

• Dutch or French speaking (English required)

• EU-based with willingness to travel occasionally to Paris/Amsterdam

• 12-month freelance contract
