Dynamic Youth Mentor - SEN/SEMH Specialist & 1:1 Support

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Specialist Youth Mentor / SEN Teaching Assistant in East Lancashire to support 11-16-year-olds excluded from mainstream education. You will help with SEMH needs, provide stability, build trust, and engage students in learning in a non-traditional setting.

From a background in youth work or SEN support, you will work 1:1 and with small groups, following a bespoke curriculum, and collaborate with school leaders to maintain a positive environment.
