To be eligible, you'll need to: Be able to travel to your assigned DXC office location (up to five days per week) Hold British citizenship (due to UK Security Vetting requirements) Be graduating in 2026 with a predicted 2:1 or above, or have graduated within the last three years with a 2:1 or above Choose Your Pathway We offer three pathways designed to support your unique strengths and interests: Technical Pathway A degree in a STEM subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) A curious mind and strong analytical thinking A love for technology and continuous learning Project Management Pathway A degree in Business, Management, Economics, Psychology, or a related field Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A detail-oriented, proactive approach to planning and delivery Business Pathway A degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related discipline Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills A desire to explore how technology can transform businessOur 2-year Graduate Programme is more than a job-it's a journey of personal and professional growth.
