Job Description

We are looking for a DV Cleared Product Designer to join our clients team.

Holding current Developed Vetting/DV Clearance is a MUST for this role.

This is a 12 month rolling contract, paying up to £700 per day.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, close-knit team who deliver impactful applications for wide. The work is challenging and fast-paced, but very rewarding.

Due to the sensitive nature of the work, DV is required, and all applicants must be sole British Nationals, and work will be onsite in London locations.
Examples of previous work will be required for interview.

The role will be 5 days a week onsite in Central London.

About you

  • Your considered balance of function and form creates digital products that are intuitive to use and solve real user problems.
  • You have a background in digital design or a related discipline (eg Product Design, UX Design, Interaction design, Service Design, User Research, Human Factors etc.).
  • You love problem solving and enjoy turning the abstract into something tangible.
  • You take a user-centred design approach to your work; you listen to stakeholders and your thoughtful solutions manage both user and organisational needs.
  • You're pro-active and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. No challenge is too big.
  • It's a bonus if you have experience with Palantir products.

What we require
  • Interaction and UX design. As a designer on our team, you'll be responsible for all stages of a products' UX design; bringing early concepts to life, designing detailed workflows, and feeding into iterative development cycles.
  • User research. Strong user engagement skills. You must be pragmatic in your research approach and be able to adapt your methodology to project needs. We are looking for someone who can confidently do 'just enough' research to inform design decisions and is comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Collaboration. Our small, multi-disciplinary team works at pace across many projects. This requires close and efficient collaboration between technical and non-technical members of the team throughout the entire design and development process.
