As Duty Manager you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts.
Responsibilities- Maximise profit: Have a clear focus on delivering great availability for your customers.
- Maximise profit: Play an active role in your store to "sell a £1 & save a £1" to help drive sales.
- Maximise profit: Deliver on all agreed actions set for you by your line manager.
- Engage, develop & retain great people: Proactively support and work with the Talking Shop Rep in your store.

- Doing the right processes and doing them right: Complete any actions set for you by your line manager on the back of the daily floor walk focusing on what the customer sees.

- Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.

- Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
- Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.
- Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.
