PAY RATE: Up to £13.36 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: 40 hours a week

LOCATION: 20-24 City Road, Chester, Cheshire, CH1 3AE

Responsibilities

• Lead a reliable, high-performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Utilise leadership experience from retail or other roles to manage, develop, and inspire team members.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained and integrated into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles with a track record of successfully guiding people.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to manage a busy hotel environment.
