Duty Manager - Lead Guest Experience & Frontline Team

Premier Inn Portsmouth City Centre is seeking a Duty Manager to help keep the hotel running smoothly across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant. You'll lead shifts, coach colleagues and ensure guests have a great stay.

This role involves evenings and weekends, a permanent contract with guaranteed hours, and opportunities to progress into a Hotel Manager role. Pay is up to £13.86 per hour, with a clear path and training support.
