About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, is passionate about digital strategy, and wants to contribute to the success of global advertising campaigns.
You will be the key point of contact between clients (primarily Google's advertising customers) and internal teams, driving campaign success, strategic consultation, and long-lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with Dutch-speaking clients.
- Act as the bridge between Google and internal teams, aligning expectations and project goals.
- Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored advertising solutions.
Campaign & Project Management
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and manage timelines.
- Track performance KPIs and maintain detailed reporting.
Strategic Consultation
- Provide insights and strategic guidance to improve account performance.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on business needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver regular account performance reviews and strategic presentations.
- Analyze data to draw insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing performance or strategy gaps.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, Technical, and Marketing teams to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Share best practices and mentor junior team members when necessary.
Conflict Resolution
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver, balancing client and company objectives.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
- French is a plus, as you may occasionally support French-speaking stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing B2B client accounts or digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, digital advertising, or media buying is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 remote / 2 in-office).
