Your Role

• Manage inbound post-sales interactions via calls, emails, chat, and tasks
• Provide product information and create quotes with a focus on cross-selling and up-selling
• Handle order cancellations, claims, refunds, and delivery follow-ups

Your Qualifications

• Dutch - native or bilingual proficiency (C2)
• English - advanced level (B2+)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The Offer

• Full-time permanent contract (39h/week): Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00
• Gross annual salary: €19,900 + up to €2,000 bonus
