Your new company This pharmaceutical corporation based in Central London is recruiting for a Customer Support Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. This corporation is a global company and a market leader in the biopharmaceutical field. This role is a full-time role at 35 hours/week with a 50/50 hybrid working arrangement.
Your new role The purpose of this role is to provide customer support and handle enquiries, with duties including:

• Understanding policies around order management and customer enquiries.
• Receiving orders and entering into the SAP system.
• Receiving and answering customer contacts through phone and email.
• Monitoring all open orders until completion and addressing exceptions
• Handling customer routine complaints and disputes; resolving disputes; route disputes to the proper channels
• Supporting internal and external audits

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch - speaking, writing and understanding Dutch (French-speaking may also be considered)
• Demonstrated experience with SAP
• Highly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in a customer service/support role with the ability to handle complex customer situations.
