About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Act as a strategic consultant, understanding client needs and aligning tailored digital solutions.
- Maintain continuous, proactive communication between clients and internal teams.
Business Development & Strategic Growth
- Identify and cultivate growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Promote Google-based digital services and innovative marketing solutions.
- Conduct market research to align strategies with industry trends.
Project Coordination
- Oversee digital project lifecycles to ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech-to deliver integrated solutions.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, and client deliverables to ensure success.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and client performance metrics to extract meaningful insights.
- Prepare data-driven reports and recommendations to support decision-making and client optimization.
Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Anticipate client challenges and implement effective solutions swiftly.
- Balance client demands with internal capabilities, managing expectations and outcomes.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with diverse, multicultural teams to share insights and streamline processes.
- Mentor junior colleagues by providing guidance and promoting best practices.
Language Communication
- Communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch with clients and stakeholders.
- Use English for internal communication, reporting, and collaboration.
Candidate Profile
- Native-level or C2 fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Strong command of English (B2 level minimum)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in business development, client relationship management, or account management
- Experience with Google products or digital marketing platforms is a strong plus
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid, and international work environment
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce is highly desirable
- Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to grow professionally
