Dutch SAP HCM Developer-12+ Months - Parttime-onsite Belgium

For our client in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Developer to support the maintenance and further development of HR applications as well as ongoing HR projects.

Responsibilities:
- Development and customization for the maintenance of existing HR applications
- Development and customization for ongoing HR projects
- Incident follow-up and resolution
- Execution of operational tasks such as batch job monitoring and master data uploads

Requirements:
- Several years of experience in developing and customizing SAP HCM solutions
- Experience with incident management and operational HR system processes
- Solid skills in batch job management and data uploads

Project Details:
Start: August 2025
Duration: 12months +
Workload: 2 days/week
Location: Belgium
Language: Dutch, English
