The Role

As a 360 Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
• Winning new vacancies and expanding existing accounts.
• Sourcing, interviewing and registering professional drivers.
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining regular communication.
• Matching the right candidates with the right clients.
• Conducting sales calls, client visits and business development activity.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
• Working towards individual and team targets.

About You

• Has previous experience within 360 recruitment, ideally within driving, transport or logistics.
• Is confident communicating with clients and candidates at all levels.
