Job Summary

Rapier Employment is seeking a Drivers Mate for a home delivery client located in Tingley, Wakefield.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a driver to deliver furniture and white goods to customers' homes.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Operate in a physically demanding environment, lifting and loading goods.
• Support a 7 day operation, including Saturday or Sunday shifts, with 6am starts.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Friendly, professional personality with good communication skills.
• Live within 20 minutes of Tingley.

Shift Details

• Full time temporary contract.
• Shifts start at 6am.
• Weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) is essential.
• Weekly pay, secure parking, canteen facilities on site.

Compensation

• Standard rate: £13.05 per hour.
• Overtime: £19.57 per hour.
