On offer is a hands on role, where you will provide training to learners as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the academy, helping to grow the team and shape the future of the business.

• Deliver HGV and PCV driver training in line with DVSA standards
• Support learners through Category C / C+E and PCV licence training
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Driver Training Academy at Otley
• Provide coaching, structure and constructive feedback to develop safe driving skills

• Qualified and experienced HGV and/or PCV Driver Trainer
• Strong knowledge of driver safety and DVSA standards
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of delivery
