Pay Rate: £39, 355.68 + night out payment

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off Tramping Shift. Available start times - 12am, 2am, 3am, 4am or 6am

Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you'll play a key role in ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time. If you're a professional driver who takes pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Delivering palletised goods to warehouses and RDC's - between 1 and 3 drops per day
• Strapping and securing the load, occasional tipping through use of manual pallet truck
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Willingness and ability to work a tramping shift pattern, including overnight stays in the vehicle's sleeper cab
• Are comfortable with manual handling - strapping/securing loads and occasional use of manual pallet truck
