Dressing Clinic Agency Nurse-HSE Community

The Role

Clarity Locums are recruiting a Registered General Nurse to join the Public Health Nursing (PHN) team with the HSE in Dublin South East, supporting a Dressing Clinic within the Primary Care service.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary community team, delivering high-quality nursing care in a nurse-led clinic setting.

Dublin South East Local Health Office looks after the communities of Sandymount, Ballsbridge, Ranelagh, Donnybrook, Milltown, Dundrum, Ballinteer, Sandyford, & Kilternan

The Primary Care Centre will be the main base. Own transport is desirable but not essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Wound care management (clinic and domiciliary)
• Nursing assessments following hospital discharge or GP referral
• Nurse-led clinic management

Requirements

• Active NMBI registration in good standing (Decision Letters not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an acute setting
• General nursing qualification preferred; midwifery or paediatric backgrounds considered
• Dual qualifications advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Community nursing experience desirable but not essential
