The successful candidate will have:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)
- An enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Drama at secondary level
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to motivate, engage, and build positive relationships with students
- A flexible and inclusive approach to teaching diverse learners
