Aspire People are proud to be working in a long term partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust in Stockport, supporting their recruitment for a passionate and experienced Drama Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role
  • Deliver engaging and high quality drama lessons
  • Take full responsibility for planning, marking, and assessment
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom and practical behaviour management
  • Inspire students to develop a love of Drama and achieve their best
  • Work collaboratively with staff across a well led and welcoming department
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 Drama - mainly teaching KS3
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Resilient, dedicated, and adaptable approach to teaching
  • ECTs welcome to apply
  • DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for a new one)
  • References covering the last 2 years
