We are seeking a talented and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our team and inspire students to explore their creativity, develop their performance skills and grow in confidence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Drama and the Performing Arts and who can create an engaging, inclusive and ambitious learning environment where students are encouraged to express themselves and develop their individual talents.

Pay: Competitive daily rate (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about Drama and the Performing Arts.
• An inspiring and engaging classroom practitioner.
• Able to motivate and challenge students of different abilities.
• Creative, enthusiastic and committed to high-quality teaching.
• Confident teaching both practical performance and theoretical elements of Drama.
• Able to develop students' confidence, communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled at creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Organised and able to plan effective and engaging lessons.
• Able to build strong and positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Keen to contribute to the wider life and development of the Drama and Performing Arts department.

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification is desirable. Applications from suitably experienced candidates with strong professional, industry or subject expertise may also be considered.
