Door-to-Door Team Leader - Uncapped Commission

Field Management Ireland is seeking a Senior Door-to-Door Team Leader/Coach to drive a high-performing field sales team in Dublin and Louth. You will lead from the front, achieving your own targets and coaching others to improve conversion, quality and customer outcomes.

Experience in telecoms is a plus; hybrid training days and occasional weekends apply. The role reports to the Sales Manager, is full-time, with a €45,000 base salary and uncapped commission (OTE €80,000+).
