Donor Retention & Engagement Specialist

Isabel Hospice is seeking a part-time Individual Giving Retention Officer to enhance relationships with our donors in Welwyn Garden City. This role is crucial for ensuring that supporters feel valued and inspired to contribute to compassionate hospice care in eastern Hertfordshire.

You will be responsible for engaging with donors through various methods, utilizing CRM data to improve the donor experience and retention rates. Ideal candidates will have experience in fundraising or customer engagement and strong communication skills.
