REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE): Head of Individual Giving
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
LOCATION:Dublin; Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
DURATION: Permanent
SALARY GRADE: 16.1
The Donor Acquisition Manager is an essential member of the Individual Giving team. Managing the acquisition of new individual donors through data driven fundraising campaigns and supporter engagement. This role focuses on growing the donor base, optimising acquisition channels, and delivering effective campaigns that increase sustainable income for Médecins Sans Frontières work.
Requirements- Experience in Acquisition Fundraising (5 years), with a proven track record of delivering income targets
- Experience and in depth understanding of acquisition, supporter journeys, and donor lifetime value.
- Experience with multi channel fundraising programmes (digital, direct mail, telemarketing, F2F)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimise results.
- Experience managing with agencies and suppliers
- Strong proficiency in CRM databases, Excel, and campaign reporting tools.
- Experience in the non profit or humanitarian sector desirable but not essential
- Commitment to ethical fundraising practices and a supporter centric approac
- Competitive salary with six point pay scale increments as part of annual performance review process
