Main duties of the jobThis role is for a Domestic Assistant who will work part time (20 hours), focusing on maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in residents' rooms and communal areas. Responsibilities include assessing residents' domestic needs and adhering to policies ensuring the highest standards. The position requires experience in similar environments, a caring nature, flexibility, problem solving, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Job responsibilitiesWorking alongside and in collaboration with your colleagues in the domestic and laundry teams, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents' rooms and all communal areas. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents and adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure delivery of the highest standards that make a true difference to each of our residents.
