Contract type:Part time 20 hours per week
Rate:£12.71 per hour

Join our Domestic Team in our new care home and help us create an inviting environment for the people we support. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the entire home, contributing to a comfortable and positive living experience.

About the roleAs a Domestic Assistant you will ensure our home maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene to help create a comfortable living space for the people we support.
Day to day responsibilities- Carry out all daily and weekly cleaning routines and ad hoc duties.
- Clean and tidy designated areas around the home, including bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and offices.
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming.
- Use equipment such as carpet cleaning machines.
- Support with washing and drying laundry as required.
- Report breakages, damage, defects and hazards.
- Build trust and promote choice, dignity and independence.

If you haven't worked in the care sector before, we'll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programmes.
We value relevant experience but it isn't essential for this role.
