Location: Belfast

Salary: £12.60 per hour (rising to £13.45 as of 1st April 2026)

Hours: 18.5 per week

Contract: Permanent Part Time

Role and responsibilities

The Domestic Assistant will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes and will be responsible for cleaning all communal areas in the buildings. You will act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants and visitors. You will have previous experience in a similar role. The role is based in Dargan House, Titanic Quarter, on a Glider route from Belfast City Centre.

Working arrangements

Location: Dargan House, Titanic Quarter, Belfast

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Shift pattern: Between 8:00 and 16:00, over 7 days

Salary: £12.60 per hour, increasing to £13.45 as of 1st April 2026
